What´s the meaning of equal opportunities? Categories of analysis of the evaluation of programs in labour market policy

Contents: The basic requirement for the evaluation of programs about labour market policy under the perspective of equal opportunities for women and men is to clarify the target definition of equal opportunities and to have categories available by which the realization can be verified. For that purpose the following categories of analysis are recommended: action leading – target-oriented, pragmatic – strategic, specific – horizontal.
