Supraregional Employment Strategy Vienna-Bratislava

The main aim of the Supraregional Employment Strategy (ÜBS) consisted in the development of cooperation in terms of labour market policy between Vienna, Bratislava and Trnava. Specific aims were:

• The development of a common strategy in terms of labout market policy
• The creation of networks between regionals labour market policy actors
• Giving support to regional employers and employees to enbable them to prepare for the requirements of the common labour market which will span across borders

Frequent exchanges of information, common workshops and bilateral summits as well as the implementation of pilot programmes were designed to help achieve these aims.
