Requirements of companies in regard to personnel recruitment

A central element of customer relations between AMS and companies are the procurement activities of AMS regarding the filling of job vacancies. The study aimed at analysing the process of filling job vacancies using a specific case of personnel procurement, finding best practice examples of procurement, and identifying frictions and irritations. The results of the study served as a starting point for the improvement of the AMS’s customer relation management.
