Gender Mainstreaming as occupational field

The article pursued the question, what kind of professional possibilities (and limitations) arise through the demands of the implication of Gender Mainstreaming. Against the background of the own professional occupation in the area of Gender Mainstreaming and labour market politics it was analysed which professional areas are in demand and how the duties and responsibilties as well as the qualification demands can be described.
