Ex ante appraisal of SPD Objective 3 in Austria 2000-2006

In the process of the negotiations between the European Commission and the ministry (formerly: BMSG) about the finalization of the standardized program document (Einheitliches Programmdokument) L&R Social Research carried out an evaluation of the Austrian EPPDs. In the course of this commission L&R Social Research also participated in the negotiations and advised the negotiating team of the commission on specific aspects of the Austrian labour market polica. In addition to that recommendations to the points of emphasis of the ESF co-financing were developed.

The appraisal was an interactive reporting and consulting process tailored for the DG V team negotiating the SPD Objective 3 with the Austrian Ministry for Labour.
