Evaluation of the federal government employment initiative for people with disabilities (“Billion for the disabled”) 2004-2006

The “Billion for the disabled” promotes the re-employment of
people with disabilities. The scope of the measures includes training measures,
employment projects and subsidies, sensitizing of employers and the public. The
evaluation refers to the implementation of the Billion for the disabled in the
period 2004 until 2006. The main evaluation aspects were effectiveness and
efficiency of the measures, the saitisfaction of the participants and the
operational context.
