Evaluation of the 2007-2009 employment campaign

In the framework of the employment campaign for people with disabilities, a number of measures and benefits were offered whose implementation and effects were analysed in detail in an evaluation of the 2007 to 2009 programme period.

The primary aims of the evaluation included the following:

  • measuring the effectivity of tools regarding the employment of people with disabilities
  • recognising deficits and
  • indicating potential for improvement.

For this purpose, a comprehensive programme for investigation and analysis was undertaken. The main focus areas of the study were:

  • the regional employment market situation of people with disabilities
  • the structure of support cases
  • chain of benefits and support measures
  • achievement of the activities’ aims
  • effects and efficiency of the various measures
  • detailed analysis of the company advisory service
  • detailed analysis of the measures for elderly people with disabilities
