Evaluation of EURES

The evaluation of EURES (European Employment Service) covered the working period 2007-2010. Apart from EURES Austria, the activities of the cross-border EURES-T regions TransTirolia and interalp were also taken into consideration.
The evaluation criteria of EURESCo, which focus on four areas, served as a reference framework for the execution:

• Assessment of the contribution of EURES to employment policy aims.
• Assessment of the implementation of the aims and priorities laid down in the EURES guidelines 2007-2010.
• Assessment of the quality of client-related EURES services.
• Assessment of the quality of EURES communication measures on a national level.
