Evaluation of EURES Austria
The purpose of EURES is to provide information, advice and recruitment/placement (job-matching) services for the benefit of workers and employers as well as any citizen wishing to benefit from the principle of the free movement of persons. EURES is provided by the national Public Employment Services in all EU member states. The evaluation of EURES in Austria refers to the period 2004 to 2007. The evaluation focused on the following four main topics:
- implementation of the working plan 2004-2007 of EURES in Austria
- quality of customer services
- cooperation of all stakeholders on national and regional level
