The day care for children of full-time employed parents in Austria

This study examined the daycare of children at the age
of 5 to 14 years of full time employed parents and/or single parents in
Austria. The project focused on the issue of different form(s) of childcare
used and on the the parents’ valuations. This study has the character of a representative
survey. 1,200 mothers had been asked about the form(s) of childcare they use,
about their motives to do so, aspects of quality and also about the effects of
the childcare chosen.
