Feasibility Study: Active Labour Market Policy for Artists – experiences and recommendations

Considering the – in many cases precarious – employment and income situation of artists, a measure of active labour market policy should be designed for this target group.
An inventory of the current Austrian and international state of the discussion was first in the context of the feasibility study. The activities in Austria, as well as in other European countries in recent years were researched and prepared. The focus was set on possible starting points for labour market policy measures for this target group. Recommendations for the design of a pilot project to support artists has been drawn up on this basis.
