Supporting research by pilot project VITAL at Umdasch

In the field of workplace health promotion and with the support of the Lower Austrian Chamber of Labour, the company Umdasch (Amstetten) is implementing the project Vital. Commissioned by the Lower Austrian Chamber of Labour, this project is provided with scientific monitoring. Aside from surveys with project leaders, participants of workplace health promotion and experts, this also involves focus groups with participants, employees who have not participated in the programme previously, and representatives of Vital. The subsequent evaluation is expected to reveal which framework conditions must be fulfilled for successful implementation of health promoting measures at the workplace.
