Skills forecasting –reverting negative trends in skills and jobs matching

The general project objective was to contribute to a better coordination of labour demand and supply by setting up a monitoring and forecasting system in Croatia.

The target group in Croatia were stakeholders from the field of labour market policy as well as local enterprises.

The task of L&R Social Research was to prepare good practice examples in the field of labour market monitoring and forecasting models and to make them available to the other project partners, as well as to support an exchange process between Austrian, Croatian and Slovenian labour market experts in this field.
