L&R social
research explores the established practice of reconciliation of work and family in the city of Vienna with quantitative and qualitative research methods. Core topics
are the organization of parental leave and reentrance for
employees of the City of Vienna, conditions for part-time employees due to
child care responsibilities as well as the (non) use of
the ‘papa-month’
and the (non)
participation of fathers in parental
leave.
