Digital Transformation in Burgenland. Analysis of qualification needs in chosen sectors

In the context of debates on digitalisation no topic is discussed as controversial as work and employment. On the one hand positive effects on employment are foreseen, on the other hand negative effects especially on low-skilled workers are feared. To support the positive effects and minimize the negative ones it is necessary to start with qualification needs.

Therefore the study at hand explored future qualification needs in five different sectors: finance, health, tourism, production and trade.
