In the context of the training plan Vienna 2030 the Vienna Employment Fund (waff) set up a discussion on education “Dynamics in vocational training – challenges from the perspective of research” on the 14th of March.

Nadja Bergmann gave a speech addressing the topics gender segregation in vocational training and digitalization in apprenticeships. In her opinion, a main point of disussion should be the question how vocational training within female dominated professions can be designed in future taking into account aspects of digitalisation.
