Analysis and Reporting of the Online Survey ‘Parents want more for Kindergardens and Co’

In autumn 2018, the Austrian Trade Union Federation (ÖGB) and the Chamber of Labour conducted a countrywide online survey addressing the topic childcare and afternoon care in schools. The aim was to find out how parents rate the existing offers and which improvements they see.

Around 3,500 persons participated in the survey, 2,500 described their situation in detail. L&R Social Research was responsible for analysing these comments. Therefore and evaluation scheme was designed based on the previous findings, topics and main questions.
