PISA Innovativ aimed at the improvement of the vocational development of less well educated or educationally disadvantaged Viennese wage earners by means of three model projects "Learning time", "Work-Learning-Life" and "Change Circle". The model projects should enable lasting development of target group authority and qualification in terms of a preventive labour market-political instrument. The accompanying evaluation provided on-going conclusions on the effect and efficiency of the innovative approaches.
