The experiences from the first Equal-round have shown that a Gender Mainstreaming strategy alone is not sufficient but that the partners need assistance and advice with the implementation and realisation of Gender Mainstreaming in their modules.
In the EP Pro-Fit Lower Austria this took place in the form of workshops, the development of a common language guideline as well as accompanying counseling.
