Subjects: This project should support polytechnical colleges in Vienna to tie Gender Mainstreaming in their project applications as an integral part. For that purpose national and international experts interviews were held and international case studies were researched on the one hand and workshops with the individual colleges were held on the other. Next to the direct counseling through the workshops, the formulation of a guideline as well as a handbook should give further support.
